Celebrate Your Cycle!

This class is for young women preparing for their first period, those who have recently got their first period, or women who have been mensturating for years and who want a new perspective. Its time to remember that menstruation is a sacred cycle of womanhood and not the painful bruden it is often made out to be. We will discuss how menstruation is traditionally celebrated and how you can honor your sacred cycle.
