Are Flower Essences Right for You?

In our fast paced society of full days, short nights and or lack of sleep many folks are not able to give the time needed to release or let go of negative emotions. These experiences can be anything from abuse, to accidents and even comments made by someone in a poor mood.

While some of these instances can “heal” and seem like one has moved on, i.e. broken bones, oftentimes there are emotional factors that linger. These emotions can be stored in the body and over time create imbalance in the form of disease. One of my favorite ways to work with these patterns is Flower Essences!

Flower essences are liquid extracts used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health.

They are part of an emerging field of subtle energy medicine, which also includes homeopathy, acupuncture, color therapy, therapeutic touch and similar modalities.

These preparations are not pharmaceutical in nature and also do not contain any plant material.

Flower essences effectiveness comes from harnessing the vibrational pattern of the plant that is then ingested. The particular vibration of a flower will influence the person's electromagnetic currents opening blocked meridians or chakras!

I find this subtle emotional support to be an important part of a regimen for my clients. We do work on the physical level with tinctures to relieve symptoms, but also use of flower essences also allow important work to happen on the emotional level at the same time! Because flower essences do not contain plant material there is no worry for contraindications or reactions with medications. Flower essences are gentle medicine to help you flourish.

Here are some common thought patterns of imbalance and the flower essences indicated to support release.
