Flourishing Flower Essences

Have you ever heard of or used a flower essence? Flower essences are dilute, herbal infusions or decoctions, prepared from wildflowers or garden blossoms that are used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health. In this class we will discuss what flower essences are, meet some of the flowers blooming at that time and make your own flower essence to take home with you! Weather permitting we will be outside for the day so bring a lunch, bag chair, water, bug spray and notebook!
