Fall Into Self Care

This full day event sponsored by Lift Bridge Yoga will take place at the beautiful Big Rock Creek event center in scenic St. Croix Falls. The day will start off with introductions and yoga flow. Then after a snack, Phyllis of Sacred Ibis Botanicals will lead us on a foraging plant walk. Following the hike, Phyllis, will show us how to make our own botanical cleansing sticks from local plants. Then we will learn how to use myofascial Release to support foot health. Dinner will be provided by Fiddlehead Kitchen. The evening will close up with another restorative yoga class and campfire. Early bird registration closes October 15th, get your tickets today!
