Celebrate Your Cycle

This class is for young women preparing for their first period, those who have recently got their first period, or women who have been menstruating for years and just need a new perspective. Its time to remember that menstruation is a sacred cycle of womanhood and not the paintul burden it is otten made out to be.

We will discuss how menstruation is traditionally celebrated and how you can honor your sacred cycle. We will have tea, snacks, and a make and take item for all attendees.
