SCHEDULE A SESSION
All fees are payable at time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card (all major cards accepted). A 24 hour notice is required for a change or cancellation of appointment. A fee of $40 is charged for a missed appointment or lack of 24 hour notice. I do not accept Medicare, Medical Assistance, or any type of insurance coverage. Reduced fees and payment plans under certain circumstances may be considered at my own discretion and under separate agreement with clients.
